Day 1: ISTANBUL – BARCELONA – (Barcelona Evening Tour)
We will be at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight for baggage check-in, ticket and passport control procedures. Afterwards, we will fly to Barcelona with Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1091 at 10:50. We arrive in Barcelona at 13:35 local time and take a panoramic city tour in Barcelona with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. First, we ascend Montjuic Hill to capture the city's breathtaking views with a photo break. The Cristopher Columbus Monument, Plaza De Espana, and Port Olimpic (marina) will be glimpsed during the tour. During free time in the city center, our guests can opt to join the optional Barcelona Evening Tour (40 Euro) program. The tour includes walking through the historic and romantic areas of Barcelona, such as Plaza De Catalunya and La Rambla, illuminated by the evening lights. After the tour, we offer free time before transferring to our hotel. Room check-in and free time to rest.
Day 2: BARCELONA – (Barcelona Icons Tour) – (Barcelona Local Neighborhoods Tour)
After breakfast, we will have a full day of free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Barcelona Icons Tour (65 Euro). This tour begins with a visit to Carmel Hill, which offers a magnificent view of the city, and then we will visit Park Guell, designed and constructed by Antoni Gaudi (entrance fee is included in the extra tour price). Park Guell, which was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984, transports visitors to a fairy-tale land with its vibrant colors and nature-inspired figures, where we will have free time for photos and surrounding exploration. Next, we will see Casa Mila (Gaudi's House) and take a walk around La Sagrada Familia to complete our tour. During free time in the city center, our guests can opt to join the optional Barcelona Local Neighborhoods Tour (45 Euro), which includes visits to Barcelona Cathedral, Paral-Lel, Gothic neighborhoods, El Born, City Hall, Plaza Real, and La Boqueria market. After this tour, we return to our hotel and offer free time to rest.
Day 3: BARCELONA – (Girona & Figueres & Dali Museum Tour)
After breakfast, there will be a full day of free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Girona & Figueres & Dali Museum Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop will be Girona, the largest city in Northern Catalonia, known for its museums, galleries, and Gothic-style architectural works, along with cobblestone narrow streets lined with ancient walls that mesmerize visitors. During our visit in Girona, we will view the colorful houses along the Onyar River, take photos, and walk through the traffic-free areas, especially the labyrinthine streets of Libertat Street in the old town. In this historically rich city where Christians, Catalan Jews, and Muslims lived together, we will see Girona Cathedral panoramically before we continue on our way to Figueres. In Figueres, birthplace of Salvador Dali and home to the museum he designed to display his works, we will take a walking tour of the area before visiting the Dali Museum (entrance fee is included in the extra tour price), where we’ll embark on an artistic journey alongside 4000 of Dali's works. After the tour, we return to our hotel and offer free time to rest.
Day 4: BARCELONA – VALENCIA – (Valencia Masterpieces and Lunch Paella Tour) – ALICANTE
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Valencia. As the third largest city in Spain by population and home to the country's largest port, Valencia showcases a wonderful harmony between historical buildings and modern architectural masterpieces. Valencia is also known for hosting Las Fallas, a spring festival, and the La Tomatina (Tomato Festival) that has been held for 70 years. Upon our arrival in Valencia, we will have a panoramic city tour before offering free time in the new city center. During this free time, guests who wish can join the optional Valencia Masterpieces and Lunch Paella Tour (65 Euro – includes one drink). During our tour, we will see the Gothic Cathedral, Valencia Cathedral, the Medieval walls of the old town, Torres de Serranos, Reina Square, and Mauques de dos Aguas Palace. After lunch at a local restaurant in the birthplace of the world-famous Paella in Valencia, we will have free time in the harbor area and the famous beach. After the tour, we arrive in Alicante, known for its temperate climate throughout the year, and conduct a surrounding tour before reaching our hotel in the Alicante region. Room check-in and free time to rest.
Day 5: ALICANTE – GRANADA – (Al Hambra Palace Tour) – SEVILLA – (Flamenco Show)
After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out and head towards Granada. Set against the Sierra Nevada mountains, Granada is one of Spain’s most touristic cities. Throughout its rich history, Granada has been influenced heavily by the Romans and the Umayyads. Our panoramic tour of Granada will feature the historical Andalusian/Granada streets, including the Cristopher Columbus Monument, Grand Via, La Rambla, and City Hall. After the city tour, we offer free time. Guests wishing can join the optional Al Hambra Palace Tour (65 Euro). This extraordinary monument, regarded as one of the most distinctive remnants of not just Andalusia but of Islamic history, is famous for its Moorish architecture, pools, and gardens. Visits may depend on the palace's availability. (Entrance fee included in the optional tour price, excluding harem entry). After our visit to Al Hambra, we’ll head to Sevilla. Upon our arrival in Sevilla, the largest city in Andalusia and the center of Flamenco, we will offer free time in the city center. During this time, guests may opt to join the additional Flamenco Show (60 Euro), renowned as the voice of the lower class expressed through dance. After the show, we transfer to our hotel and provide free time to rest.
Day 6: SEVILLA – (Sevilla Masterpieces and Walking Tour) – CORDOBA – (Kurtuba Mosque and Cathedral Tour) – MADRID
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we offer some free time. During this time, guests interested can join the optional Sevilla Masterpieces and Walking Tour (65 Euro). Sevilla, being the most populated and developed city in Andalusia, owes its exotic and rich cultural history to the period dominated by the North African Muslim Moors. We will explore the city with its beautiful and magnificent cathedrals, squares, palaces, museums, towers, and churches. During our tour, we will see Plaza de Espana (Spanish Square), which has scenes shot from Star Wars 2, the hexagonally shaped Torro del Oro (Golden Tower) built for defense but later used as a prison, and the world’s third largest Gothic cathedral, the Sevilla Cathedral, and Giralda Bell Tower, along with Maria Luisa Park, all panoramically. After this tour, we head to Cordoba. Once we arrive, we’ll explore Cordoba, a city founded during the Roman Empire and at one point the largest city in Europe under Islamic rule in the 10th century. Our panoramic tour will include the Kurtuba Mosque-Cathedral, Roman Bridge, St. Nicholas Church, and Jewish Quarter. After touring the city, we provide some free time, during which interested guests can join the optional Kurtuba Mosque and Cathedral Tour (45 Euro), including the entrance fee, to examine the wonders of the city under the guidance of a local guide. After our panoramic tour of Cordoba, we’ll head towards Madrid. Transfer to our hotel in the Madrid region, room check-in, and free time to rest.
Day 7: MADRID – (Toledo Tour) – (Madrid Masterpieces Tour) – (Madrid Evening Tour)
After breakfast, we will have some free time. Guests who wish may opt for the Toledo Tour (65 Euro). Toledo, founded by Jews in 590 B.C., is known as the “City of Knights” and serves as a place where adherents of the three major religions can coexist peacefully. The city, whose large river is Tajo, has been the capital of the Spanish monarchy for a long time. As one of the largest medieval cities in the world, it is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Toledo Cathedral, which used to be a mosque and is now the third most important and most expensive ecclesiastical work, along with San Martin Bridge, Damasquinos (Damascus Work), workshops and shops producing golden handicrafts, are all places we’ll see during our panoramic tour. After the Toledo tour, guests can have free time, during which they may join the additional Madrid Masterpieces Tour (55 Euro). Thus, we’ll explore Madrid, the capital of the Spanish monarchy and the third-largest city in the EU, known as the political, economic, and cultural center of the country. During our city tour, we’ll see Plaza Mayor, Paseyo de la Castellana, the bullfighting arena, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, Royal Palace, and Puerto de Alcala, all panoramically. Following this tour, we will have free time unless our guests would like to join the extra Madrid Evening Tour (35 Euro – dinner included 55 Euro). During this tour, we'll walk through Madrid’s vibrant and illuminated squares, enjoying the famous restaurants and cafes illuminated by the evening lights. After the tour, we’ll transfer back to our hotel and provide free time to rest.
Day 8: MADRID – (Outlet Tour) – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Madrid Barajas Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. We will have some free time. During this free time, guests interested can join the optional Outlet Tour (35 Euro). At the outlet center, which hosts many brand-name stores, we can enjoy affordable shopping. After the Outlet tour, we continue our journey to the airport. Following our arrival at the airport, we will check in our luggage, go through check-in and passport control procedures, and then fly to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1100 at 14:55. We will arrive in Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 20:05 local time, concluding our tour.
