1. Day Istanbul – Rio de Janeiro – (Short Stopover in Sao Paulo)
After meeting at the airport, we will depart for Rio de Janeiro via Sao Paulo. Upon arrival, we will start the city tour. Rio de Janeiro is one of Brazil's most famous and vibrant cities. With its stunning natural beauty, iconic beaches, colorful culture, and historical structures, it attracts millions of tourists every year. Christ the Redeemer Statue, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Ipanema Beach are among the places we will visit on the first day of our tour.
Christ the Redeemer Statue (Cristo Redentor): This massive statue located at the top of Corcovado Mountain is the most famous symbol of Rio. The statue is 30 meters high and is situated at a vantage point overlooking the city.
Sugarloaf Mountain (Pão de Açúcar): This granite peak, rising 396 meters above Guanabara Bay, offers breathtaking views.
NOTE: We will take a cable car to the summit.
Ipanema Beach: Famous for the Bossa Nova song "The Girl from Ipanema," this beach is situated just south of Copacabana.
2. Day Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast, we will continue our tour. Today's destinations include Tijuca National Park, the Botanical Garden, the Lapa Arches, and Selarón Staircase.
Tijuca National Park: The largest urban rainforest in the world, Tijuca is a paradise for nature lovers, offering hiking trails, waterfalls, and diverse plant and animal species.
Lapa Arches and Selarón Staircase: These historical arches and the colorful staircase decorated with mosaics by the famous artist Jorge Selarón reflect the cultural richness of the city.
Botanical Garden (Jardim Botânico): Established in 1808, this extensive botanical garden houses over 6,500 plant species.
3. Day Rio de Janeiro – Sao Paulo
After an early breakfast, we will head to Sao Paulo. São Paulo is Brazil's largest city and is known as the economic center of Latin America. The city offers a diverse range of experiences to visitors with its cosmopolitan structure, cultural variety, art galleries, museums, shopping centers, and nightlife. Avenida Paulista, São Paulo Museum of Art, and Pinacoteca do Estado are among the highlights of our first day.
Avenida Paulista: This wide avenue, a heartbeat of São Paulo, is filled with skyscrapers, shopping malls, restaurants, and museums.
São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP): Located on Avenida Paulista, this modern art museum hosts significant art pieces from Brazil and around the world.
Pinacoteca do Estado: One of Brazil's oldest art museums, the Pinacoteca is recognized for its collections of Brazilian art and various exhibitions.
4. Day Sao Paulo
After breakfast, we will set off to continue our tour. On the second day of our tour, we will visit the Liberdade Neighborhood, Mercadão, and Ibirapuera Park.
Liberdade Neighborhood: Known as São Paulo's Japanese neighborhood, Liberdade reflects Asian culture. It is filled with Asian restaurants, shops, and temples.
Mercadão (São Paulo Municipal Market): This large indoor market, known for its colorful stalls and historical architecture, sells local delicacies and fresh products.
Ibirapuera Park (Parque Ibirapuera): The largest park in the city, Ibirapuera is popular with both locals and tourists for its green spaces, lakes, and various sports facilities.
5. Day Sao Paulo – Montevideo, Uruguay flight - Montevideo
After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to the airport for our flight to Montevideo. Immediately after our flight, we will set off for our city tour. Montevideo, the capital and largest city of Uruguay, is considered one of the most livable cities in South America. Located along the Atlantic Ocean, this city is known for its cultural heritage, beautiful beaches, historical buildings, and vibrant lifestyle. On our first day, we will visit Ciudad Vieja, Plaza Independencia, and Teatro Solís.
Ciudad Vieja (Old City): Ciudad Vieja, the historic center of Montevideo, is famous for its narrow streets, historical buildings, and lively atmosphere from the colonial period.
Plaza Independencia: The main square of the city, Plaza Independencia, is surrounded by historical buildings and hosts the independence monument, the Artigas Statue.
Teatro Solís: Opened in 1856, this historic theater is one of the oldest and most important theaters in South America.
6. Day Montevideo
After an early breakfast at our hotel, we will continue our tour. Mercado del Puerto, Punta Carretas, Museo Nacional de Artes Visuales, Rambla, and Parque Rodó are the places we will visit on this day.
Mercado del Puerto: Once an old port market, Mercado del Puerto has transformed into a gastronomic center filled with restaurants and local food stalls.
Punta Carretas: Known for its modern shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife venues, this area also offers beautiful coastal views.
Museo Nacional de Artes Visuales: This museum hosts works by Uruguayan artists as well as international art pieces.
Rambla: This wide promenade stretching along Montevideo's coastline is famous for its sea views and outdoor activities.
Parque Rodó: One of the largest and most popular parks in the city, Parque Rodó is renowned for its vast green spaces, lakes, and recreational areas.
7. Day Montevideo – Buenos Aires
Buenos Aires, the capital and largest city of Argentina, is a metropolis rich in cultural and historical wealth. Our stops today include Plaza de Mayo, La Boca Neighborhood, and San Telmo.
Plaza de Mayo: The historical center of Buenos Aires, this square is surrounded by significant historical buildings such as the Casa Rosada (Presidential Palace) and Buenos Aires Cathedral. It has witnessed many important political and cultural events in the city.
La Boca Neighborhood: Famous for its colorful houses and street art, La Boca is also the center of Argentine tango culture. Caminito Street and Fundación Proa Art Gallery are the main attractions here.
San Telmo: One of Buenos Aires' oldest neighborhoods, San Telmo is known for its antique markets, tango bars, and colonial-style buildings. You can visit the San Telmo Market, which operates on Sundays.
8. Day Buenos Aires
Today we will continue to explore Buenos Aires. Following breakfast, our stops will include Recoleta Cemetery, Puerto Madero, and Teatro Colón. In the evening, we will attend a tango show.
Recoleta Cemetery: The most famous cemetery in Buenos Aires, Recoleta is noted for its historical significance and architecture. Evita Perón's grave is also located here.
Puerto Madero: The modern face of Buenos Aires, Puerto Madero is filled with restaurants, cafes, and chic shopping centers. We will have lunch with a view of the river.
Teatro Colón: One of the world's most famous opera houses, Teatro Colón is renowned for its acoustics and magnificent interior. If you're lucky, you might catch a performance.
Evening Tango Show: Buenos Aires is the birthplace of tango dance. You can experience this unique dance by watching a tango show in the city.
9. Day Buenos Aires - Rosario
After enjoying a local breakfast, we will head to Rosario, another city in Argentina. Rosario is the largest city in Argentina's Santa Fe province and an important port city located south of Buenos Aires.
Monumento a la Bandera: This monument, symbolizing Rosario, was built to honor Manuel Belgrano, the creator of Argentina’s national flag. Located by the river, it is one of the city's most important landmarks. We will also visit Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Rosario, Parque Independencia, Rosario Central Street, and Teatro El Círculo.
Parque Independencia: This large park in the center of the city offers green spaces, lakes, children's playgrounds, and sports facilities, providing visitors a chance to relax and have fun. We will visit a few museums within the park to explore Rosario's natural history and ecosystem.
Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Rosario (MACRo): This museum, showcasing modern and contemporary art, is a significant venue for art enthusiasts in Rosario. It also organizes workshops and events.
Rosario Central Street (Peatonal Córdoba): One of the city's shopping and dining centers, this street is filled with stores, cafes, and restaurants. It has a vibrant atmosphere, especially in the evening.
Teatro El Círculo: Rosario’s most famous theater, El Círculo is impressive with its historical significance and architecture. If possible, we will watch a performance here.
10. Day Rosario – Córdoba
After an early breakfast at the hotel, we will move towards Córdoba according to our route. Córdoba is the second largest city in Argentina and is located in a central region. The city offers various attractions with its rich historical heritage, cultural events, and natural beauty. We will visit Plaza San Martín, Jesuit Missions, Iglesia de Los Capuchinos, and Museo Provincial de Bellas Artes Emilio Caraffa. In the evening, there will be a Scenic View Session.
Plaza San Martín: The central square of the city, Plaza San Martín, serves as an important meeting point with its surrounding historical buildings and monuments.
Jesuit Missions: The Córdoba province is home to UNESCO World Heritage-listed Jesuit Missions and Monasteries. These missions hold significant historical and architectural importance.
Iglesia de Los Capuchinos: One of the city's most important churches, this church is notable for its modern design and views.
Museo Provincial de Bellas Artes Emilio Caraffa: This museum showcases fine arts and hosts works by both local and international artists.
Evening Scenic View: Watching the cityscape from one of the high points in the city, especially to observe the sunset, is a wonderful option.
11. Day Córdoba – Buenos Aires
Following breakfast, we will begin our journey back to Buenos Aires. Transfer to Córdoba airport and our flight to Buenos Aires will take place. Overnight stay will be in Buenos Aires.
12. Day Buenos Aires – Istanbul
Unfortunately, today is the last day of our tour. After enjoying a local breakfast, we will transfer to the Havana airport.
