Day 1 Istanbul – Havana
Meet with the staff at the airport. Flight operations and the start of the tour. Havana, the colorful capital of Cuba, is a cultural center. Famous for both its historical texture and lively streets, Havana offers visitors a unique experience. After our arrival, we will start our city tour, where we will see Havana Vieja (Old Havana), El Malecón, Plaza de la Catedral, Museums and Art Galleries, Bodeguita del Medio, Jardines de la Tropical, and Parque Metropolitano de la Habana.
Havana Vieja (Old Havana): A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Havana is famous for its historical buildings, narrow streets, and squares like Plaza Vieja. You can explore the colonial architecture by walking here.
El Malecón: The coastal road, which is the symbol of Havana, is a meeting point for locals and tourists at sunset. You can take a walk and enjoy the sea view.
Plaza de la Catedral: This square, where the Havana Cathedral is located, is one of the most important historic squares in the city. You can visit the interior of the cathedral.
Museums and Art Galleries: We will explore cultural heritages such as the Museum of Cuban Art, the Revolution Museum, and the Hemingway Museum.
Bodeguita del Medio: A bar frequented by famous writers, artists, and politicians, where we will try Cuba's famous mojito drink.
Jardines de la Tropical: This botanical garden is a beautiful place to observe tropical plant species and relax.
Parque Metropolitano de la Habana: This area, the city's natural park, is ideal for walking and enjoying nature.
Day 2 Havana – Viñales - Havana
After having a local breakfast in the morning, we will depart for the Viñales tour for the entire day. Viñales is a small town located in western Cuba and is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. This area is famous for its natural beauty, agricultural landscapes, and unique limestone hills. The sites we will visit include Mogotes Hills, Tobacco Fields, Cueva del Indio, El Palenque de los Cimarrones, Viñales Village, Mirador de Los Jazmines, and El Valle de Viñales.
Mogotes Hills: These limestone hills, which symbolize Viñales, are distinctive elements that form the landscape of the region. You can hike between the hills and take photos.
Tobacco Fields: Viñales is one of the most important tobacco-producing regions in Cuba. By visiting the tobacco fields, you can meet tobacco workers and see how tobacco is made.
Cueva del Indio (Indian Cave): This cave is famous for its underground rivers and enchanting natural formations. We will explore the cave with boat tours.
El Palenque de los Cimarrones: This area, where former slaves hid and sought freedom, offers a historical and cultural experience.
Viñales Village: You can wander through the small and charming streets of Viñales and discover local life and culture.
Mirador de Los Jazmines: From this viewpoint located on the hill of the town, you can see the magnificent view of Viñales Valley.
El Valle de Viñales: A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this valley is known for its biodiversity and natural beauty. You can hike and enjoy nature.
Day 3 Havana – Varadero
After having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we will move to Varadero with our esteemed guests. Varadero is one of Cuba's most famous tourist destinations and is located along the Caribbean Sea. Famous for its white sandy beaches, turquoise sea, and luxury resorts. During our tour, we will explore Varadero Street Market, Parque Josone, Museo Municipal de Varadero, and Varadero Beaches.
Varadero Beaches: The most famous feature of Varadero is its white sandy beaches. You can sunbathe and enjoy the sea on the beaches.
Parque Josone: This natural park is located in the center of the city and is an ideal place for nature lovers, with its ponds, tropical gardens, and walking paths.
Varadero Street Market: We will visit the open-air market selling local handicrafts, souvenirs, and local products.
Museo Municipal de Varadero: We will visit this small museum that showcases the history and culture of Cuba.
Day 4 Varadero – Cienfuegos
After having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we will depart for Cienfuegos with our esteemed guests. Cienfuegos is a port city located on Cuba's southern coast and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city is known for its historical and cultural richness and offers unique experiences to visitors. Some of the places we will see during our tour include Parque José Martí, Tomas Terry Theater, Punta Gorda, and Jardín Botánico de Cienfuegos.
Parque José Martí: This square located in the center of the city is the social and cultural center of Cienfuegos. The famous Tomas Terry Theater is close to this square.
Tomas Terry Theater: This theater, built in the 19th century, is famous for its neoclassical style. You can visit the interior of the theater and learn about its history.
Punta Gorda: This is the coastal area of the city, where you can visit historic structures such as the Palacio de Valle, as well as walk along the waterfront.
Jardín Botánico de Cienfuegos: Located outside the city, this botanical garden is ideal for observing tropical plant species and relaxing.
Day 5 Cienfuegos – Santa Clara
After having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we will move to Santa Clara. Santa Clara is a city with historical and cultural richness located in the center of Cuba. It is also known as a place associated with the memories of Che Guevara. The Che Guevara Monument/Museum and Parque Vidal are among the places to visit.
Che Guevara Monument and Museum: This museum and monument dedicated to Che Guevara, located in Santa Clara, is one of the most important tourist attractions in the city. Che Guevara's grave is also here.
Parque Vidal: The central square of the city, Parque Vidal is filled with historical buildings, cafes, and statues surrounding it. It is the social and cultural center of the city.
Day 6 Santa Clara
After breakfast, we will continue to explore Santa Clara. Teatro La Caridad and the Iberia Museum are among the places to visit.
Teatro La Caridad: This theater, built in the 19th century, is famous for its neoclassical style. Cultural events and shows are held in the city.
Iberia Museum: Located in the city center, this museum exhibits rare artifacts that provide information about Cuban and Spanish history.
Day 7 Santa Clara - Santa Cruz del Sur / swimming break / free day
Today after breakfast is a free day.
Day 8 Santa Cruz del Sur – Santiago de Cuba
After breakfast, we will move to Santiago de Cuba. Santiago de Cuba is the second-largest city in Cuba and one of the most culturally and historically rich regions of Cuba. The points to visit include Morro Castle, Santa Ifigenia Cemetery, Parque Céspedes, Moncada Barracks, and Bacardí Building.
Morro Castle (Castillo del Morro): Located at the entrance of the city, this historical fort was built by the Spaniards in the 17th century. It is famous for its views and historical atmosphere.
Santa Ifigenia Cemetery: This cemetery, which contains the graves of José Martí and other famous Cuban figures, is one of Cuba's important historical and cultural symbols.
Parque Céspedes: The central square of the city, Parque Céspedes is home to historical buildings, cafes, and museums. It is the hub of the city's social and cultural life.
Moncada Barracks: The building where one of the significant events of the Cuban Revolution took place, Moncada Barracks is now a museum that we will visit.
Bacardí Building (Casa de Bacardí): This building, known as the birthplace of the famous Bacardí rum, is now used as a museum and cultural center.
Day 9 Santiago de Cuba
Today after breakfast is a free day.
Day 10 Santiago de Cuba - Havana / 11-hour bus journey
Early in the morning, check-out procedures will be completed. Accommodation will take place at our Havana hotel in the evening.
Day 11 Havana - Istanbul
Unfortunately, this is the last day of our tour. After having a local breakfast, we will transfer to Havana airport. NOTE: Only breakfast will be available today.
