Day 1 Istanbul – Prague
Meeting will be 3 hours before our morning flight. After the meeting, we fly to Prague. Prague is one of the most enchanting cities in Central Europe. It offers a fairy-tale atmosphere with its Gothic architecture, historical bridges, and castles. Here are the most important places we will explore in Prague on the first day: Old Town Square, Klementinum, Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, National Museum.
Astronomical Clock: This clock, dating back to the 15th century, is famous for its small show that takes place every hour. We will climb to the clock tower to enjoy a panoramic view of the city.
Týn Church: Built in Gothic style, this church is one of the most striking structures in the square.
Klementinum / Baroque Library: One of the most beautiful libraries in Europe, Klementinum is built in Baroque style and includes an astronomy tower.
Charles Bridge: Built in the 14th century, this stone bridge spans the Vltava River and is a favorite walking area for both tourists and locals. The statues and street artists on either side of the bridge add a unique atmosphere.
Wenceslas Square: Representing the modern face of Prague, this square is filled with shopping and dining options. It is also the center of important historical events in Prague.
National Museum: Located at the head of the square, this museum is a great place to trace the traces of Czech culture and history.
Day 2 Prague
After breakfast today, we will continue exploring Prague. Among the places we will see on our route are: Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, Golden Lane, Lennon Wall, Mirror Labyrinth, Malá Strana, St. Nicholas Church, Petřín Hill, and Petřín Observation Tower.
Prague Castle: This castle, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, houses many important structures such as St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace, and Golden Lane.
St. Vitus Cathedral: A masterpiece of Gothic architecture, this cathedral is one of the most impressive buildings in the castle.
Golden Lane: This narrow street is lined with small, colorful houses dating back to the 16th century. The house where Franz Kafka lived for a short time is also located here.
Lennon Wall: Dedicated to John Lennon, this wall has been filled with messages of freedom and peace since the 1980s. The wall is continuously renewed with graffiti and paintings.
Petřín Hill and Petřín Observation Tower: You can take a funicular up to Petřín Hill, where this observation tower, resembling the Eiffel Tower in Paris, is located. From the top, you can enjoy unique views of Prague.
Mirror Labyrinth: There is also a fun mirror labyrinth at the top.
Malá Strana (Little Quarter): Located at the foot of Prague Castle, this area has a captivating atmosphere with its baroque churches, historic houses, and narrow streets.
St. Nicholas Church: One of the finest examples of Baroque architecture, this church must be seen for its impressive interior.
Evening Activity: Boat Tour on the Vltava River: The boat tour on the Vltava River is a great way to see the beauty of Prague under the lights in the evening. Bridges and historical buildings can be explored from a different perspective during this tour.
Day 3 Prague – Vienna
After breakfast, we depart for Vienna. Vienna is the capital of Austria and is known as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. It is famous for its history, architecture, art, music, and culture. The places we will visit include Schönbrunn Palace, Hofburg Palace, St. Stephen's Cathedral, Belvedere Palace, Albertina Museum, Prater, and the Wiener Riesenrad.
Schönbrunn Palace: A UNESCO World Heritage site, this palace is one of Vienna's most famous tourist attractions. Its gardens, Gloriette, and the palace's interior are definitely worth seeing.
Hofburg Palace: Used as the winter palace of the imperial family, Hofburg is now the official residence of the President of Austria. It houses the Imperial Apartments, Sisi Museum, and the Spanish Riding School.
St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansdom): The symbol of Vienna, this Gothic cathedral is located in the heart of the city. It is famous for its beautiful mosaic roof covering and towers.
Belvedere Palace: Notable for its Baroque architecture, Belvedere Palace houses art collections that include works such as Gustav Klimt's "The Kiss."
Prater and Wiener Riesenrad: Prater, Vienna's large park, is particularly famous for the iconic Ferris wheel, Wiener Riesenrad. It offers a great view of the city.
Albertina Museum: With its famous art pieces and extensive graphic collection, it is a must-visit place for art lovers.
Day 4 Vienna – Budapest
After breakfast, we begin our journey to Budapest. Budapest is the capital of Hungary and one of the most enchanting cities in Central Europe. Situated on both sides of the Danube River, Budapest is known for its historical buildings, thermal baths, cultural wealth, and vibrant city life. We will visit Buda Castle, the Parliament Building, and the Chain Bridge.
Buda Castle: One of the city's most iconic structures, Buda Castle is impressive with its historical texture and views. You can enjoy panoramic views of Pest from the hills of Buda via the funicular that leads to the castle.
Parliament Building: One of Europe's largest parliament buildings, this magnificent structure is located along the banks of the Danube River. It has stunning architecture that can be visited both from the outside and inside.
Chain Bridge: Connecting Buda and Pest, this historic bridge is one of Budapest's symbols. It is also worth seeing at night with its lighting.
Day 5 Budapest
After breakfast, we will continue to explore the city. Matthias Church, Fisherman's Bastion, Heroes' Square, and Vajdahunyad Castle will be among the places we will visit.
Matthias Church: Located within Buda Castle, this church is notable for its colorful roof and Gothic architecture. It has significant historical and religious importance.
Fisherman's Bastion: Adjacent to Buda Castle, this neo-Gothic and neo-Romanesque structure offers a magnificent view of the city.
Heroes' Square: One of the largest squares in Budapest, this area features statues of important figures in Hungarian history.
Vajdahunyad Castle: Located in City Park (Városliget), this castle combines four different architectural styles of Hungary. It is one of the most beautiful examples of Romantic architecture.
Day 6 Budapest – Istanbul
Unfortunately, this is the last day of our trip. Transfer to the airport and free time according to our flight times before returning to Istanbul.
